By using Mood Orbit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Mood Orbit is a personal mood-tracking journal with optional AI-generated reflections (the "Twin"). It is intended for personal wellbeing tracking and is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or crisis care. If you're in crisis or need urgent support, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
Everything you log — moods, notes, photos, voice memos — belongs to you. It's stored on your device, and you're responsible for backing it up (e.g. via iCloud device backup) if you want to keep it should you lose or replace your device.
Mood Orbit Pro is offered as auto-renewing monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime purchases through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple, in accordance with the App Store's refund policies — Mood Orbit's developer cannot directly issue refunds.
The Twin's replies are generated by an AI model and are meant to be supportive and reflective, not professional advice. Don't rely on it as a substitute for therapy, medical care, or emergency support.
Don't use Mood Orbit to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its backend services.
Features may change, and these terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Mood Orbit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the developer via the support page.
